Spirit of the Wolf

SPIRIT OF THE WOLF

Spirit of the wolf
Slow steps he walks
Fearless protector pride
does hunt free never hides
Spirit of the wolf
His pack he sheilds
No ego just empathy
Unconditional love spirit wolf
Doth wants nothing
Lives off the earth
Natures trees forest far
Peace not cunning love inside.

A Wolf Will Protect

He said to her
i will wait for you
walk a million miles
swim muddy waters
dive the highest high
take a blow and die for her.

chase a rowdy crowd for her
fight a stronger fight for her
loving every hair of her
beat the coldest blizard
guard every in round her

i am a protector
running all fields
from green to brown for her
stand in a shadow
leap for a far for her

for her is my life
i will stand tall for her
breath in all air
if danger is near
roar and scare harm away

Im the beast with loyal
oh such face
in my way i will chase
protecting a love
this mother so strong

A Piece of Me

Dawn Mclaughlin
I went to a school a few
primary ones, coz we had to
move, never went nursery as I
was a poorly child, thought I
was clever at the age of 4,
running across a road, with
only icecrem in mind, Moores
was the name of a sweet shop
ith the best cola floats, a
sweety heaven for every child.
Hit by a van not looking or
seeing, in a cot as a bed in
hospital oh my head, my foot
it got burnt, a bit of tounge I
bit off, although my mum said
it was not enough, secondary
school boi that was a shock,
bullies galore, even the
sicence teacher, talking in
class, always naughty but
never that bad, if bouncing on
a trampoline without a teacher
in class, but feeling proud, coz
you know u were good, being
called the clown of the school,
in a whole assembly, telling
my mum, there she gos
stomping up the school, the
head teachers room A nun at
that, lied to my mother, saying
she never said that, but a
school in a assembly of over
200, never in my mums life as
ever known, a horried Nun
could ever lie, and till that day,
I will always say, I may be a
clown I don't care.. I was
brought on this earth, for a
good reason, and if its to
make you laugh, then I'm
happy a job done at last xxxx

Special Gift

It was clear but so bright
there infront in eyes sight
never knowing but always felt
maybe she did and brushed it aside,

A thought in her mind
a sense as she walked in a room
you know that sinking in your gut
a smell she remembered long ago,

Nothing she could do too shake it off
awakening to a gift heaven sent free
now she knows her feel her sense
its all the special things of empathy

Asmile upon a lost broken soul
a warmth of love healing thee
arms wide open giving strengh
she will shine with compassionate faith.

Whispering Wind

He looked long
through the light pink sky
whispering in the wind
where did you go
gone not a trace
his heart in a race
lost without her.

Everything Matters

Everything Matters
 Well at least o thought
 They don't like it
 It don't matter
 This looks funny
 It don't matter
 He broke her heart
It don't matter
 I'm not strong
 It don't matter
 Am I loved
 Yes it matters
 Why?
 Because you are you
 That matters.

A Breath of Air

A Breath of Air

By Dawn Collette Mclaughlin

Breathing in a freezing air
As it passes lips warming
Till the freshness stills
In a heated meet
Collided entwined melts.

Blood rushes throw his veins
Beating drums of his heart
Sinking in a breathless pulse
Eyes still parallel each other.

She surfs the tides slowly
Embracing every ripple of this ocean
No fear of drowning forbidden sin
Holding the hands clinching tight
Sometimes the soft wave
Turns to a torrent a tidal wave.

Do We Really Know

WE DONT KNOW REALLY.
~~~~~~~
Do we really know
In our mind a thought
In our heart we feel
In our soul do we really know.
This memory our brain remembers
In our heart we feel love and pain
In our soul deep within do we really know.
Like a Butterfly
Like a butterfly
She glides high
Fluttering wings sing
Each flower home
Suckling pollen feed
Glittering shines sparkle
Feathers fall softly
Knowing loves around
Her names angel
Shes always around.
