Reagan Mann Poem
He sleeps.
Sound,
Around,
Me.
Holding and molding.
Me
Into WE.
Shapes to shape,
Breaths to breath,
Singing sweet whispers
of dreams never dreamt.
He sleeps.
Beside.
Inside,
Me.
Soothing and moving.
Me
Breaking free.
Pain into pleasure,
Eyes without measure.
Revealing and stealing songs
sing the cure.
He sleeps.
New.
Few,
weeks loving me.
Protecting,
projecting
promises he keeps.
To me.
Picked up your pieces,
filled in the creases,
Repairing a damage I'm
now glad was done.
He sleeps.
Boldly,
not coldly.
Wrapped up in me.
He sleeps.

Reagan Mann Poem
I told you i loved you,
I sold you a lie.
I needed and bleeded you
into "my guy."
I matched us and hatched us
a life we could lead,
I wrote us a story you'd
beg just to read.
I hated and rated
your touch from the start.
Inside always plotting
and roting your heart.
I told you i'm sorry,
Sung songs of regret.
I cried when i left you,
the scene had been set.
I lived next beside you,
Shared bodies and bed.
All the while meaning to mess
with your head.
I promised you laughter,
but meant many tears.
I took all your secrets,
recreated your fears.
I told you I loved you,
I meant every word.
What you think of me-
this crap is absurd.
