Goodbye My Fair Lover

As i lie here awake,
cant sleep tonight,
i think of the past,
and all the good laughs.
It brings back all of the sorrow,
and goodbyes til tomarrow.
All the mean and painful things
we said,
and all the times i wished you
were dead.
Than i remember all the love
that we shared,
the beautiful love making we did,
till we could bear it no more.
But times can change and somethings
you just cant take back,
I'll just leave it at that.
If one thing is true,
i'll love you till i'm cold and blue.
But being in love with you,
is something i dont ever want to do.
So Goodbye my Fair Lover.
Everyday is just another,
day i'm getting over you.

Uderstand Why

I want someone to hear me,
I want someone to listen,
actually understand what i'm trying
to say.
I try and talk to you.
But u never understand.
I tell you and tell you, over
and over again.
Why dont you listen or,
even try to understand.
Your actions and tones,
are killing me inside.
Father and father you,
push me aside.
Till one day i will no longer
be by your side.
Than maybe only maybe
will you understand that
i love you from deep down
inside.
But still you never even try to understand why,
i feel the way i feel inside.

Only You

hey there baby
there is no maybe
that my heart belongs to you
i love thee
like no other i have loved
it is only you
that i will always be true too
you hold the key
that opens the door to a
world i have only dreamed of
my life with you
no other could do
and to be with another
my heart would just shudder
cuz in this universe
i would put fourth
all of me
that can be
just for thee

The Same

I'm lying her wondering
whats on your mind...
Wondering if its the samething
thats on mine.
Do you want the same things
in life i do?
Or am i just gonna get my
heart turned blue?
Theres things i need to know.
Things i want to know.
But i cant find the words to say.
I just hope you feel the same way.
Because i dont want to get hurt.
Nor do i want you to hurt.
Theres more than just you and I.
There's little hearts that will be too.
So the day i read this to you,
than i'll know what to say or do.

Could Have Been

sitting back knowing what went
wrong,
knowing the past could have been
changed.
Just watched it all take its
turn.
There was a life that could've
been lived.
There was a family that could've
been.
Theres alot of things that could
be now.
But its not.
And life goes on day after day
little by little.
The wishing that things were
different now,
now just seem like shadows
in the haze.
So as we grow into the people
we are now,
so different from who we where than.
We now relieze that sometimes its
better now than its
ever been.
In one way or another the happiness
will begin again.
