The End

The sun shines
As the moon beams,

Flowers bloom on ground to cover
While the birds fly high and hover,

Tranquil is the running brook
Through a forest of trees,

Serene is the snowfall
Atop a mountain high,

As a butterfly floats
Across a rolling meadow,

A summer night's breeze
Warms two beating hearts,

Silent prayer calms the soul
As a peace instills to heal,

As baby lies in wait
A beat to a mother's womb,

In the end you realize,
That all is born for demise....

"epiphany"

Enigmatic is the soul
Preponderance found within great luminosity
Intrinsic of mind and body
Placated by the serenity of prayer
Harmony instilled through revere of faith
Affliction bound by His word
Nirvana the ultimate reward
Yearning for it's final resting place

"tortured Soul"

Cast in the shadows
Lost in the deep
Are suicidal thoughts
Merely for the weak

Mired in subversive thought
In waves of despair
Is a longing for nurture
In the fruits that we bear

Distanced from a reality
That may never be
Lies a broken angel
So blinded by hate it cannot see

Cradled in pestilence
Sloth spreads like mold
Death become imminent
As frost surrounds the soul

"cold December"

Yesterday left as soon as it came
Bleeding out in silence
Cries out a thunderous pain

Gone is the serenity of summer
To a day I ought not remember
Replaced by the winds of a Cold December

As I look out my window
And ponder a time gone by
I wonder where it all went
As I lay down and cry

It's all I can handle
To be alone and distraught
All alone in my head
Deep down in thought

As I stand on the edge
Right back where I started
Not knowing who I am
Lost and lethargic

A whisper that carries
Deep through my soul
Is a haunting reminder
Of a love gone cold

The Narrow Hallway

I walk alone
Far from life and home
Searching to find my way
Through a world polluted by grey
Not knowing where I began
Withdrawing to find who I am
Lost somewhere deep down
My place is yet unfound

"trust"

Hold your breath
And close your eyes
Cast away all the hurt and worry
That lies way deep inside

My love for you is strong,
Dependable and true
What will it take to show
That I’ll always be here for you

How can I make you understand
I’m a different kind of guy
I’m all you’ll ever need my dear
For to you I cannot lie

Sometimes may stand to test
Should ever you decide
To let yourself go and Trust
My love for you will not die

Baby I give to you my heart
And forever will I shout
I love you very much and hope that I
Can heal your wounds of doubt

"strength"

I wrote this for a friend recently who was in a bad place, it's amazing what a few simple
words can do to lift someones spirits......

Be strong…

When nothing seems right
And all else fails
Keep faith in your heart
And the wind in your sails

Be strong…

When the world gets you down
Do not despair
For always beside you
An angel with care

Be strong…

When you feel lost
Like life isn’t fair
Lift yourself up
Say a little prayer

Be strong…

When time seems to stop
Set aside all fear
All will come to pass
Soon you’ll see clear

Be strong…

When sad and afraid
Way far from home
Look to the sky
For you are never alone

Be strong…

As strong as can be
All will be right
Remember the end of the tunnel
Has always a shining bright light

"just a Dream"

When I went to sleep
Had no idea what I'd see
On the other side
In the darkness as I lie
Was a vision of you
Etched in my mind

As I tossed and I turned
I felt the deep burn
Like a candle in the wind
I started to squirm

I saw this vision of you
That was so real and so true
Never felt so alive
As I slept with eyes wide

Where was I now?
I was deep in the clouds....

As I floated so high
High up in the sky
I felt your touch on my cheek
It made me dizzy and weak

You smiled so brightly
With a gleam in your eye
When you kissed my lips
I started to cry

My heart skipped a beat
As I started to weep
I felt you wash all my tears
And take all my fears
Then all of a sudden
You just disappeared

I turned to see
Where you had went
You returned to heaven
As you'd been sent

As I opened my eyes
And started to see
Nothing was real
Or as it had seemed

This vision I had was all, Just A Dream....
