The Melody Sings Poem
So many words left unspoken
so many hearts that were broken
You told me so many lies
Now all I'm left with is your goodbyes
I wanted to know
I wasn't ready to let go
Why did you leave
I really thought I could beileve
All that we were
now it's all a blur
Too young to notice
I guess I just lost my focus
I was foolish but I can see
you never wanted me.
I was stupid,I was wrong
I should have known all along
Selfish thoughts and dreams
This whole thing came apart at the seams
No more hurt or pain
I will no longer love in vain
So this is my new call
I will look before I fall
So many words left unspoken
But here's to this one...
I can never be broken!!!

The Melody Sings Poem
Nightmares creep and swallow her whole
nothing is left but an empty shell
She is no longer home
Dreams are now a thing of the past
Shadows are cast. Alone
she sits her dark room
She stays alone and cries every
night she has nothing to do
with her lonely life
She tries to break free of
this endless hurt but now nothing is left
and she has no reason to carry on
She takes the blade and holds it tight
she will now be able to sleep
peacefully tonight
No one knows what led to her end
all that is known is that she is lost
and never to be found again.

The Melody Sings Poem
Beauty so rare, so
real. True beauty. Intricate,
Lovely, Delicate.
Eyes illuminated, Smiles
animated. Dreams
take over and consume the mind.
Radiance as brilliant as
the sun. The world
sings and everything
so alive.
Senses hightened
Sound, touch, taste,
smell and sight. So
real, so right.
Stay here forever
never let go.
Your a beautiful one
and my only one.
ILY~ Love is a great thing. It allows us to see the true beauty in everyone and everything.
Someone who truly loves you will look past all the bad or ugly things and see the true
beauty that is hidden deep inside you. You are beautiful even if there is no outside proof!

The Melody Sings Poem
Searching
pacing
fretting
losing
Freak out!
Breaking
crashing
burning
crushing
Time lost!
Up
down
left
right
Which way?
Lost
gone
forgotton
never
Finally found!

The Melody Sings Poem
I deleted your number and erased
all the texts.
It broke my heart but
I still have no regrets.
This was good for me
and I needed to know
all I had to do was live
and let go.
I don't want an apology
I just wanted a friend
I finally found that this
needed an end.

The Melody Sings Poem
Enter the arena
Buckle down
Ready?
Set?
Kill!
A gong sounds
We're off
The Hunger Games have begun!
Blades of swords and knives crash
Arrows whizzing.
Run. run, run
Away from the cornacopia!
Blood splatters, staining the earth
Bodies splayed on the ground
Some survive
Others die right off hand
Only one left to be the VICTOR!
Welcome to The Hunger Games!!!!
This is based on a very good book called The Hunger Games (well good in my
opinion). This future distopian science-fiction novel is about future North America.
The Capitol is a very dictator-like establishment and starve their citizens then throw
them into the hunger games, a fight to the death on live television.

The Melody Sings Poem
This poem is inspired by the second book in The Hunger Games Series. Warning- Contains
Spoilers!
Sparks aflame
Fire and rage spread
Nowhere to go
Nowhere to run!
The capitol want's revenge!
They will do anything to get it.
Back into the arena I am sent
Pitting Peeta and I against each other.
A marriage proposal
never to be fufilled
they tricked us
It will never happen.
I have to go on
a twist in the story
Tick,tock,tick, tock
The arena is a clock
All living tributes
taken out of the arena
a official is secretly a rebel
wanting to overthrow the capitol
But where is Peeta?
No where to be found
Caputured in the hands of the capitol
I must save him!

The Melody Sings Poem
Brave Indian warrior
Sitting alone in the woods
In the soft glowing light
Of a low hanging moon
Shining on the mighty river
Brave Indian warrior
Playing the flute
The forest comes alive
Animals waking from slumber
To hear his melancholy tune
Brave Indian warrior
Deep in thought
The music lets him escape
Taking his mind of things
And focusing
Brave Indian warrior
Reflecting on the past
Thinking of all he did
All he could do
All he should have done
Brave Indian warrior
All alone now
Concentrating
Drifting away
Into exploration of the mind

The Melody Sings Poem
Out of the darkness
I step into light
Everything in my life turned Bright
The promise of light
Came in and took control
Now I am on a roll
The violence of the past
Is no longer there
No more pain do I bear
The dreams of the future
Are there and ready
Moving slow and steady
Out of the darkness
Comes the light
I am filled with delight
The promise of light
Fills me with joy
Like a child getting a christmas toy
The violence of the past
Died a death...painful and slow
I am ready come on let's go
The dreams of the future
Consume me
I can finally live and be free
Out of the darkness
I step into light
Everything in my life turned BRIGHT!
