Arastu Goyal Poem
The wind came, and sat on his chair
As flowers bloomed here and there
We sat with the sun, and had some tea
The wind invited too his wife, the breeze
The trees danced, with the autumn air
As the sun sets, with a yellow glare
The smell of mud, just before the rain
From the clouds, from the skies,
We went away, and it came

Arastu Goyal Poem
“I am looking out of the window,
while I was sitting in my
class, inside of the school,
whilst the time passed.”
“Why is it how everyone’s life
will stay? When there is no use
for you do you just go away?”
“I ask this the question almost
every day, is this life
and the game we play?”
“But I know the life that
I have made, My life and the
game I have played. ”

Leaf falling in pond
Moves with wind drifting away
Slowly rows, leaf boats

Arastu Goyal Poem
Rowing boat, in silent river
The wind walked, slow and old
The sky, orange,
shines on the river,
Evening sky, on an evening mirror
Birds fly, among the clouds
Crickets start, slow now loud
Orange sky, now gone,
The Dark
Moon rises up, as the whole world rests,
The crickets won't
The stars shine,
The river reflects

Arastu Goyal Poem
Midnight, black sky
Moon shines,
A bright light,
Shows the route back home
Mighty winds,
Make hedges dance
Crickets scream
Rivers, silent
Rodents sleep
Cold breezes,
Flower buds,
Shiver and then close
Resting for tomorrow

Arastu Goyal Poem
Crooked branches
Falling leaves
Firmly in soil
You perfect tree
Nests of birds
Housing eggs
Home to some
You perfect tree
Sweet ripe fruit
Dangle from your hair
Food for few
You perfect tree
Helping all
You perfect tree

Arastu Goyal Poem
Going back to the old home
Now housed by spiders and dust
Memories scattered from floor to roof
The smell has changed,
And so has the rooms
The place may have lost its luster,
But the memories of the old home last,
Till my last breaths, I hope

Arastu Goyal Poem
The men in suits
Light a fire
They pretend to be enemies
Though they really are the best of friends
Every move, watching the world,
Burn to flames
Public protests for garbage, whilst
Many are killed, destroyed, silenced
Criminals live in wonderland
Innocents are framed
Candles burn but like phoenixes, rebirthing from melted wax,
This world is burning, but nothing melts

Arastu Goyal Poem
The cool chill of the winter
Shivers down, the spine of trees
Leaves harden with frost
As sun brings warmth
Helping grass from coming cold
