I am a Democratic Socialist
I believe that the People should rule
I believe that the taxes collected
should be used for each life-saving tool

For nobody gets rich on a island
and it isn’t just fortune or luck
It takes legislative-corporate corruption
it is capitalism, running amok

All those products the billionaires sell us
charging upgrades for every new year
Truth be told, if we just stopped the buying
it is they who would feel all the fear

For the rich only care about money
keeping Office is what Reps fight for
And the taxes we pay keep on feeding
the corruption that always wants more

JERICHO AWAKENING

Deception has always been
A strategy and ally of injustice;
Veiling its ruthless deeds,
And shifting attention
From aged-old atrocities,
While living and percolating
Behind invisible Jericho walls:-

Let not the reality
Of new Jericho borders
Blind and deceive us:-
Legislative freedom and unity
For so-called refugees,
Remain at hand, and
Our struggle to be masters
Of ourselves continues;
We being caged and considered
Refugees in this, our homeland!

       Wake up, my people!
              Wake up!
           It’s here again!

Deception has always been
A strategy and ally of injustice;
Veiling its ruthless deeds,
And shifting attention
From age-old atrocities,
While living and percolating
Behind invisible Jericho walls:-

In today’s political drought,
Drying out justice and equity,
We are in as much profound need
Of raining clouds of liberty, as would be
Nature in times of drying pandemic drought:

                     Hey!

         Wake up, my people!
                 Wake up!
             It’s here again!

EPISODIC POLITICAL MOCKERY

Legislative trials are roaming;
Congressional criminals
Gaining more freedom to re-chain
Our growing liberty:-
Today’s bombed and pre-bombed
Societies and us are becoming
So similar in judicial acts of inequality:-

For us, the Constitution has become
As a stretched rubber band
Of negative jurisprudence—
And in today’s apathetic joyous modernity,
We too, seem to approach a modern-day
Diabolical bombing Civil War situation:-

Remember, all choices have their
Accompanying consequences;
Be they sweet Moonlake-like
Or geyser waterfall-like:-

After today’s extended Breaking News episodes,
I am praying this Just Different poetic prose flow,
Will be of an awareness thought-provoking
Brain-shore frothing consequence:-

Several voices
From the seas to the mountains
Valleys to the shores
Liberty and Freedom
Forefathers before us in their wisdom
The Constitution
“We The People”
Standing on principles on solid ground
America’s Legislative bible
Value of our rights in continuation
The tone and setting
The White House honoring
The Senate Uphold
Again, We the people
Granted and expelled
Our Rights
We are the component of government
Angled words being heard
Power in multitude
Never a conclude
Having prove
Left and Right
Govern Principle
Lifting every voice
Exercising strength
Utterance no longer tolerance
Strong in endurance
We and Up to the people
One Nation under God
We the People
America’s rise

Most assuredly, for America,
These are not the best of times,
nor are these the worst of times.

Times have been worst and there is no
promise of better days ahead. History for good
or bad is already set in stone, but what lies ahead
can be much affected and influenced by how we
respond in the present. America's currently stormy
political climate evokes anguish, tears, and pain.

In all of my observing years, I have not witnessed a more
divisive time exemplified in all three government areas.
It appears that the executive, legislative, and judiciary
arenas of government are suffering gravely.

I pray that the present weather turbulence in our country
does not signal a similar tornadic crisis in our political future.
In light of our present status, I pray not for blessings because
we presently are bathing in abundance, but my prayer is that
God will send us a deluge of His bountiful mercies.

With a rock Cain slew Able from an evil heart,
fast forward, today, guns are the tools of choice.
If a person is inclined to physical pain impart,
he or she will find a way to silence their voice.

Today’s method is a Gun, but man’s heart the cause,
we politicize each shooting attempting to fix blame.
We search for solutions that might stop or bring pause,
but each day, our children, are facing more of the same.

The answer won’t be found in a legislative solution,
for repairing evil hearts is only God’s domain.
Yet many today suggest changing the constitution,
with a rock the first murder was committed by Cain.

Indignant is our talk, wishy- washy is our walk,
and prayer changes things when to God we talk.

Many times those who squeal the loudest about gun ownership
are those with gated estates and armed security 24/7.

Their March

Their March

So, you dropped by to learn where the Future soon will be
And what the fascist’s creed will ultimately decree.
Constructed oh so steadily by Republican traitor calls
The fascist acid seeping through our legislative halls

Broadcast destructively by media incompetent,
Misinformation besets the right-wing ignorant
Low-grade intelligence collects the rotted theme
So, votes are banned, Rights are canned to complete the fetid scheme.

While the Democrats administer the distractions fascists breed
Democracy’s chipped away - Constitution’s left to bleed
Can’t see the forest through fascist planted trees
But only on distractions do left-wingers work to please.

Our foundation’s being eaten while our building’s being cleaned
Fascist erosion’s fed while Democracy’s demeaned
Next time you “drop by” I think I’ll hear you say:
Why didn’t we divert our fight … go on to Save the Day?

But … by then, it’ll be way too late.

Did I not speak words of greatest import
While seeking your attention for the vote?
On my best behavior I surely did comport.

With unsavory characters I did not consort
Lest my reputation be found in the moat
Did I not speak words of greatest import?

I did my best to bring constituents comfort
Over your little ones I never failed to dote
On my best behavior I surely did comport,

When my opponent my words did contort
I held my tongue, trying hard not to quote
Did I not speak words of greatest import?

Legislative successes I was quick to report
I visited the tiniest villages, some remote
On my best behavior I surely did comport,

You turned me out with harshest retort
You even throttled my red, burning throat
Did I not speak words of greatest import?
On my best behavior I surely did comport.

Licentia Libertas

Libertas in the hands of warlords,
natural hardship, in the name of war,
License to kill.

For those who can gain lots,
obtained legislative favor,
overall pattern of bill.

Even rogue army cords.
In the end of guns gore,
Bloody warheads refill.

I will place my law within them
And write upon their hearts
I will be their God
And they will be my people.
Jeremiah 31:33

Back in our student days
We learned how bills become laws
How ideas
Written pieces of paper make their way through the legislative process to help us live our lives together in community

Laws
Properly written and lived by
Lead to harmony
Ensure justice for all

God’s laws
Found in the Old Testament
Reinforced by the teachings of Jesus
Are written on the hearts of Go’s faithful

Lead us to recognize
The central place of God in our life
The instiller of laws that have their foundation in the greatest of all God’s commandments
We must love God

Love one another
It is love that is written in our hearts
Love that leads to many harmony
And justice for all

God Help Trump Do Things Right

God Help Trump Do Things Right

Hope God helps Trump do things right,
So we always smile with much delight;
Sun or shade,
Needs our aid,
And will pray to God with all our might.

It sure is hard to support someone
who you extremely disagree with.
He lacks having any legislative or
government experience. He has
continually fired those who he
does disagree with. Firing
Captain who was trying
to protect personnel
is prime example.

never had any bone spurs
and received a waiver before.

Premium Member Beethoven's Ode To Lims

Beethoven's Ode to Lims is heralded in these here parts
Starts with a symphonic chorus of ear shattering big farts
But odorous emissions
Require city permission
Must have legislative approval to exhibit such art
