grape juice from the vine
nectar of the gods so fine . . .
make chardonnay wine
Grape the purple cat
rolled around the kitchen floor
and under the fridge
In the cool light,
I want to peel his skin back
And eat it like the meat of a grape
In the heat summer,
I’m painted, red as Cardinal
And stuffed full of Sparrow’s ecstasy
At the summit of hysteria
He holds me by the sinew
And bends it till I break
Numb on the skin’s landing -
Head had me like a dog
Trodden on the fiber of loving
I'm stuck on the wheel of pain-killing
To represent the naked ape -
One black, one white and one red grape
Peel away the skin they’re in
And you won’t know which wore which skin
Those who can just do it ~ those who can't just sour grape

The Greatest Poem Ever Written
The greatest poem ever written,
made the angels cry...
the oceans fade...
the mountains sway...
and every heart sigh.
But, you would never know...
because I hit an advertisement link below...
and away my masterwork did go.

May you flourish under a tree that grasps you tight
May all your dreams flow out aright,
The Jasmin flowers dazing away
Dancing to the fragrance all the way.
God humbly giving you everything with a blow
That fill's you up with a hole,
Grape wines swaddling up your bones
The path full of stones.
The grape wines stopping your way
To never let you see all the way,
The sweetness attracts your heart
The only thing that you desire is right underneath your path.
You can't from the well-guarded escape.
It should be a wonder mouths to gape,
Each warder to think self big Ape;
Maximum security Rape!
You dare not from the prison escape;
All days, after recapture, Grape,
Warders familiar with the landscape;
The things you say, your plans, your cough tape...
Gosh! I can see them all your hairs scrape,
In prickly clothes your flogged body drape
And sweat cause to break out on your nape
You don't when surrendered escape
Tree of wisdom’s amber dates
Tree of life’s white grapes
Bread that never perishes
Wisdom’s nice fig leaves
Blessed honey fountains
Blessed grape juice

The Martian on Grape Lane
I touched the sea, the sea touched me,
not far from where the mermaids play.
Swaddled in a world where I could not stay,
I was caught in time, floating away.
I took her to York on a scheme
for love and black cherry ice cream.
Kittens, cider, the spider inside her,
her shadow strong against the wall.
The sun climaxed, the moon then waxed.
The curtains stirred, and she shivered.
Cool though the air, I had no warmth to share.
The hero's faded; Lord! I'm jaded.
Then I glimpsed
the Martian
trapped on Grape Lane.
I saw him on the street below,
my Martian lost, so far from home.
Out the door I ran and opened the gate.
The Martian turned; he stopped to wait.
The Martian's enthralled;
the mermaids have called.
Stardust and bones, the two are twined,
It's Heaven's flotsam sparked sublime,
even wasted tumbling adrift through time.
No, not this way! Yes, I will stay.
Now my feet are wet, but I don't regret,
I touched the sea, the sea touched me.
The traveling grape how you roll along. You visit share & offer yourself. You're tender & offer your superb wayof being yourself. Your skin is part of your characteristic.sometimes you might fall down or roll away. Maybe even get stepped on but you give of you & the best was you.
Oh, grapevines divine
When I in awesome wonder
Consume the wines from which your grapes are made
My taste buds erupt in sparkling praise and accolades
And my comments though simple, they bubble forth and I say.
Refill my glass, with six ounces please.
I can’t get enough I can’t get enough
Oh, Champagne, so heavenly,
Your bubbles erupt such joy in me.
I drink you slow; nothing else passes my lips you see
I savor the flavor of your purity.
Not a single morsel of food will taint thee.
It would be sacrilege and disrespect by me.
Refill my glass, with six ounces please.
I can’t get enough. I cannot get enough
Oh, Champagne, so heavenly.
Your bubbles erupt such joy in me.
Grape Dog
‘Like a grape?’
There was a dog that ate grapes
The dog was happy eating them
For they tasted so sweet
Especially the black ones
So wonderfully yummy
They were small and seedless
Disappearing with a bite
And a couple of chews
Into the dog’s belly
This was real life
And the dog was a one off
Totally unique in her ways
Any other dog would die
After eating a single grape
Not half a pound of them
Normal dog food was bland
Not even tuna fish
Or chicken breast
Got a sniff or lick
It was only grapes
Now the dog dozed in the sun
Her belly full and hunger gone
She’d sleep all day
Then run and play
And eat some more
She was the grape dog
With a purple head
Red body with lilac spots
Green feet and a blue tail
A rather cool one off
Grape eating dog
MAJOR INSOMNIA
CORPORAL SLEEP
Nick Armbrister and other writers
There once was a friar respectable
All thought of him purely impeccable
He took grape from the vine
then fermented strong wine
And now he is more than deprecable
