A Bountiful Duty

Autumn: A bounty Fills our tables Our good fortune, breaking bread: Blessed Someone Has no home Without a crumb Is hungry, on our streets Alone A Bountiful Thanksgiving to Everyone, If only I could make wishes come true

Away
From sunshine
And scorching sand
Thirsty; seeking refuge
From heat

Flying
In earnest

HOLIDAYS-- Cinqku

Midnight
black Friday

Church bells

Heart's Choice

Heart’s Choice

Caged love’s
opened door
invisible
bonds that hold you within
engaged

Freedom
in heart’s grasp
compulsory
need to be loved in turn
entraps

Released,
loving self
empowering
the heart that lives within
set free

Tender Leaves

New born
Willow leaves
Long stems swaying
Swirling in the cold breeze
Today

Dark clouds
Allow few
Rays of sunlight
Penetrate through small holes
Gives hope

Whither,
O willow,
weeping so free-
shading the stream unto
the
sea.
Hither,
O willow,
whisper to me-
the comings and goings
you see.
