Mothers love

Warmer than the summer sun
Softer than the breeze
Sweeter than a rose in bloom
My mother’s all of these’s .

My mother always stood by me
Throughout my childhood years
She would always be around me
If I would shed a tear.

She would always pick me up
No matter when I fall
Because the love of my mother
Is the strongest love of all.

Yes , mothers are God’s angels
She is my angel too
That’s why I love her so much
And miss her loving touch.

Premium Member Silent Scars

Silent Scars are not visible to one's bare eyes
that no one can't see or feel.

Trapped by these mentally, physically carrying
the above mentioned unseen adversity.

Specific experiences shared contrasting one's
strength with armor and a smile.

Despite that one's tongue often reminds me of my shared experiences of Silent Scars.

The weight I carried solo mentally, physically had
nearly retained me as a prisoner.

Finally, I'm breaking free voluntarily from these
chains of oppression.

Blossom Monyei the bleeding Pen

Blossom Monyei is a young Liberian poet and spoken word artist whose writings reflect pain, resilience, and hope. Known as “the bleeding pen,” his poems are simple yet powerful, often touching on themes of brokenness, family, identity, and the struggles of African life. Through his words, he paints raw emotions in a way that connects deeply with his audience.

On Friends

They Call themselves friends , but then they deceive you.
Their hearts are merely full of evny and treacherousness.
They plot to exploit you and take advantage.
They are only friends for benefits.
They seek only friends with benfits.
The minute you cannot help or assist them, they leave or elope.
When you can offer them something they tag you the nicest friend.
The minute you are broke or broken you cannot see them of find them.
For you are now no use to them.
They forsake you just so.
They exibit not one iota of loyalty or sincerity or stickability.
they are soo devious it's not funny.
But Remember they are your friends.
Yea yet they are friends. Friends to the end. Only what end?
Yet noty all friends are like that, there are a few true true friends.
Uncondional, consumate, most genuine, not mimic.
Cherish them most kindly and warmly.

Alone yet Visible

Unattached out-of-the-way. Are some of us truly
lonely?

We were once alone as a child, And we played on
Our own.

Can you handle being alone? Yet visible.

Dancing in the rain with your self can be fun, Riding
Solo isn't always negativity.

Self-love comes before real love.

Crying alone feels like medicine enroute towards
One's soul, invigorating and a strong sense of oneness.

Who's okay with being alone? Yet visable.

The needs of many World Class Quality

Aprilcity was the theme a ridiculous jesture
A smile to say it was witty
A jesture to say it was clever
A lighthouse ajurned to a castle
In the middle of the desert
Might the mermaids sing to me
Might the prayers of sea merchants
Sound above the rocks
Might the winds howl in such agreement
The staffs of respected people
To treat visitors as there equal
From all ends of every nation
To marvel in such creation
Menu to menu
Event to event
Might the travelers who seek
A respective Venue
Speak us as such a retreat
To level the muzzling
the blurred eye to the blind
the most physical among us
To the sweet and unkind
Travelers in lodging
To which respects
A doctrine up holds
Might we stand staffed
To be host to visitor
Our needed like there's unopposed

Birth

I'm buried with child

As I am the only child left behind
With no forthcoming
Or night shadows
My pillows are soaked with prayers
As my knees are pale of beliefs
The strategy of enlightenment
Gets to be grasped by the thin layers of faith

I am still becoming
With nothing in hand

But

A sharp narrative to blend while speaking in tongues
Luring the little thoughts of time
I never had a voice before
But my light of gratitude gravitated slowly towards the sand bars and touched my bare feet
I now know what lies ahead, as my visions forwardly spotted the faith
I now believe solely I am incredible
Not in a mythical manner
In a spiritual spitted comfort

THE QUINTESSENCE OF MY HAPPINESS

INNER HAPPINESS IS A RARE GIFT AND ITS
 EUPHORIA DESCENDS LIKE A MIST,
YOU ABSORB IT IN YOUR BODY AND SOUL.

IN THAT MOMENT, YOU'RE FILLED WITH JUBILATION, AND YOUR EBULLIENCY IS CONTAGIOUS.

LAUGHTER AND GAIETY EXPLODE OUT OF YOUR BODY LIKE ELECTRIC CURRENTS.

THIS BLISSFULNESS IS NOT BOUGHT OR MANUFACTURED.

IT'S WHOLESOME ORGANIC JOY THAT CAN ONLY COME FROM WITHIN

Indiscernible

It falls inches from my toe,
This missile from origins wild;
Hurled by an unknown foe
Yelling indiscernible cries of war.

Why I caught his malevolent eye
And became chief target of his ire
Neither guess nor fathom I;
Yet his target I’ll ever remain.

And this senseless war
I now must tearfully wage,
And counter mischievous
Blows and baseless rage.

Whether I’ll victorious grow
Or in the end terribly lose,
Or merely settle for a draw,
High heaven alone knows.

SHEER BEDLAM

LIFE ESCAPES THROUGH MY HANDS LIKE FINE SAND BETWEEN MY FINGERS
TIME DISINTEGRATES IN FRONT OF MY EYES WITH NO WAY OF SLOWING DOWN.

THE INEVITABLE CREEPS AROUND THE DARK CORNERS AND LURKS IN THE SHADOWS, WISPERING IN MY EARS, DESPERATE TO POUNCE ON ME THE MOMENT I AM VULNERABLE AND EXPOSED TO ITS ELEMENTS.

FEAR OF ABANDONMENT LAUGH AT ME.

CHRONIC FEELINGS OF EMPTINESS PARALYZE ME AND ROB ME OF MY SLEEP AND PEACE.

I SCREAM IN A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE AND KNOW ONE HEARS ME, AND I CRY AND LET MY TEARS DO ALL THE TALKING WITHOUT SAYING A WORD.

A REPRIEVE FROM MY GOD IS THE ONLY THING I LOOK FORWARD TO, AND FORGIVENESS FOR MY DEEDS AND SINS THAT TORTURE MY SOUL....
