Your Prison

If only the screams were outside my head Loud enough to deafen the masses And shatter the glass of your heart A heart you keep all up inside Inside the walls of your hollow soul Empty and vacant Ghostly Almost Near enough to taste And sweeter than syrup But when left out And set up Crystallized to marble The fortress is a prison To keep your evil away But the eminence of your ego Is absolute power So how do I break open my soul? And pour out the hope over you? Without any relenting Emptying me to near nothingness
