Your Kiss From Heaven
Your Kiss From Heaven
Your eyes they sparkle even now,
Positive your here somehow.
I'll never forget your smiling face,
But know your in a better place.
Where pain and age are long gone,
And likely dancing all night long.
What's it like up where you are?
Is it really all that far?
I wish we'd had one more day,
To talk and laugh and dance away.
I am so glad we were close,
And what I really miss the most.
Is your voice and contagious laugh,
I know I am here on your behalf.
You touched so many people here,
But we know that you are near.
Wishing you were here with me,
Sadly I know you cannot be.
I pray someday we'll have the chance,
To hug each other while we dance.
I hope you always felt and knew,
All the love I have for you.
