Your Everywhere

I thought of you just today, when a song you loved came on to play. I pictured you so young and strong, you loved to laugh and sing along. I saw you in the things I smelled, this child of mine that I once held. I saw you in last winters snow, and in a campfires tender glow. I saw you in the dunes of sand, where you would always lend a hand. You gave me courage to strive for more, but for yourself...you closed the door. I'll not forget you...this is clear, cause you are with me there and here. P.R. Deremer
