You only think

You only think, I know the world we live in is unfair, And will remain so, If we commit acts that are not fair, Because in indelible ink we think, That a fair world can never be so. When you not only think but know, You may see the need to grow, Into something that is less unfair, That can make indelible ink disappear. We may choose to be the bearer of what is fair or unfair, But never both at one time, just to be clear, And that is written in stone not disappearing ink, Though some still like to think it is so.

A poet of many forms and well versed in them. Your Didactic was well written with a good message, David. We can all contribute to a changing world in a positive way by continually changing our on ways. Fair or unfair, things will change. Change or die, I always say. Bill
