You Need But Ask

Seek forgiveness, on your knees,
and Jesus will grant your pleas.
And send angels to your side,
to dry the tears you’ve cried.
You need but ask, to receive,
He’ll answer all that believe.
And if you mean what you say,
help will somehow come your way.
Let His love enter your heart,
giving hope a brand-new start.
For Jesus won’t let you down,
every lost soul can be found.
Jesus wept, consumed by grief,
when asked to prove His belief.
Yet, no greater love's been seen,
than lived in this Nazarene.
Ask the Father, through the Son,
believe, and it will be done.
So clasp both hands in prayer,
and ask for His Devine care.
