You Loved

You loved ________________________ You loved me so much, that you bruised my face You loved me so much I'm a slave in this place. You love me so much, I shiver in fear You love me so much I shake when you're near. You loved me so much, you lie and you cheat You loved me so much that my body gets beat. You loved me so much, my spirits you break You loved me so much that your love must be fake. You loved me so much, you put me down You loved me so much till I'm mute from sound. You loved me so much, you stole my last breath You loved me so much that you loved me to death. 8/18/14- Jessica Thompson ( Not about me, but there are women who go through this, and it's sad)

It is sad. Sorry for whoever went through it. Reminds nee allot about a song called love the way you lie. But in a worse way. Great job

Hi Jessica, I liked the way you handled this. I think abusive relationships are the worst thing in the world, or just about. I cannot fathom how people can treat each other so badly, even to the point of death. You are right, just so sad. I did a little something on the subject. Oh...this is heart rending and true for so many women. Twist and warped love...and the end result, if not physical deal is emotional death. Great write.
