You Lost Your Smile

It’s all about resignation, but turned into complication, YOU ordered assassination, and brought forth my fascination. Self-execution- not my style, before the pain I lost my smile. Can’t explain this raw affliction, so unreal, it seems like fiction, tried to stop your crucifixion, guess I LOST all my conviction. Self-execution- enticing, after the slash kept on slicing. Triggered by your innate reproach, it was all about your approach, YOUR decision to steal by poach, with strict impingement and encroach. Self-execution- eats me whole, filling your soul with hearts you stole. Remorse can cause internal blame, without you my life’s not the same, your mania I just couldn’t tame, through all your fortune and your fame. Self-execution- just your style, before your death I lost my SMILE. Form: LaCharta Poem Rhyme Scheme: AAAABB CCCCDD EEEEFF GGGGHH Eight Syllables in each line October 17, 2016

I can SEE how this form is meant to be. It's called LaCharta, huh? How did you find this form, Laura. A good model of it you gave here. I especially loved that last line, and wow, so a hidden message is in this!!! I just now realized to read the bold printed words. Sad poem and great way to hilight a message with the bold print words.

thanks lovely Andrea :) I was researching different forms on google and found this. I actually wrote my first last year for a contest here. So far I think I have 4 now? But I love it. I am hoping PS will add it to their forms one day. I love the flow it creates...:)-luloo
