You Let Me Down
I tried not to allow myself
to fall for you
to trust you
to like you this much
but here I am unable to sleep
because all I can think of is you
and how you are not here besides me
I allowed myself to fall for you
I let myself open myself up to you
its my own fault
that I'm now so broken
because you built me up to let me down
I should have seen it coming
and kept my heart locked
