You Don'T Know Me
You have been baptized and you are called by My name;
But the things you are doing, bring Me to an open shame.
Repent, repent, repent; don't just be baptized,
Don't let satan blind you; open your eyes.
Sex out of marriage, lying and cheating,
Drugs, alcohol, witchcraft and this wife beating.
Are not the things I have approved.
Yet into your hearts they have moved.
You have been baptized and say it's okay,
To live your life this evil way.
You say I'll have mercy and I'll have grace;
You don't even know Me, so seek My face.
My face is not a face that can take all of this;
And if you are doing it, there is something in My Word you must have missed.
Tell Me, was it when I said; "Humble yourself and pray?"
Or when I said: "I don't want your sacrifices, I want you to obey?"
Or could it have been when I asked you to repent,
Well everything I said is exactly what I meant.
The works of the flesh are nothing but sin,
And if you are doing these things you won't make it in.
But of the Fruit of the Spirit; get all nine,
And if you get them ALL you will do just fine.
For I am coming real soon and it won't be long,
Seek My face and way; and give up the wrong.
And when I appear with the clouds in the sky,
You will be ready to go to your home on high.
But if you can't stop your evil ways,
This you shall hear and see;
Depart, depart;"Cause you don't know Me!!
