You
It's wrong of me to wonder
if you love me like you say
It's wrong of me to wonder
if you care as much as I
With every hug,
With every kiss,
With every touch,
With every word,
You bring along my smile
You make me wonder if I matter,
But you tell me that I do
You make me question whether I'm worth it,
But you show me that I am
You're the reason I have grown
and the reason I have fallen
You're what makes me want to cry
But makes me smile instead
I yearn
For you.
Your voice,
Your touch,
Your smile,
Your entire being
You are my world
And you may not know it.
You are my world,
that I may hold in my hands.
And I pray
that you do not slip away.
May our promise be kept.
