Dear Hitendra-Good morning. I started off with Caroloyn's sunset dusk poem...now off to read this healthy poem that encourages one to reap the rewards of this healthy lifestyle. Your words choices show strength-just as the person's body who chooses this way to live-embodying union of souls, merging with the universe. You are pushing towards a yoga mat simply through this write. (You seldom go to the doctor?) Blessings to you this day! Gwendolen

Awesome, Hitendra. I took Yoga classes but the meat-free diet was never mentioned. You describe well the many benefits of practicing yoga. I'm sure Tahera will agree. Sending winning wishes your way for the contest! Love, Carolyn
