Hi Sara. I’ve not read one of your nature poems for a while so it was good to visit your page and read this. You paint a lovely, fresh picture and I really like the use of personification with the ‘sighing of pines’. Cheers - Gary

Yes, someday we will have a new heaven and a new earth because this earth will be destroyed in the end, cleansed by fire. Thanks for dropping by. Sara K

The important thing is that the geese are returning and bulbs are growing. Lovely nature poem.

what a coincidence...while I was walking early this morning, I thought I heard geese. ... looked up and sure enough there they were...flying north. What do they know that I don't? I wrote a poem about it as well...am posting tomorrow. Anyway, glad we were on the same page even if you didn't see geese...I think we're all wishing for the signs of spring :-) enjoy your evening, Sara B

Oh!! Sara B, isn't wonderful that you saw them. I believe they were there somewhere, but I just could not lay my eyes on them, but my ears heard them, and my heart knew it. Sometimes they come earlier than we think they should, but they know when to go home. They are like a lady that knows when to leave the room. Sara K

Dear Sara, Your words effortlessly transport the reader to a vivid scene of nature's unfolding beauty. As I read your lines, I couldn't help but feel the warmth of the sun and hear the gentle rustle of the breeze through the trees. Your keen observations of the changing seasons, from the blossoming magnolia to the emergence of daffodils, created a serene picture in my mind. Your ability to capture these fleeting moments with such clarity and emotion is truly remarkable. Your poem said to me to pause and appreciate the simple wonders that surround us each day. - Blessings, Daniel
