Yellow Roses

I WROTE THIS WHEN I WAS 12 OR 13 SO IT'S A LITTLE JUVENILE While walking in the park I saw a yellow rose It reminded me of our love and how I hope it grows The petals so colorful, vibrant and bright it seemed to sparkle in the sun when I held it to the light I picked a handful enough to give to you A token of my love not sure what else to do
