Writing You Down To the Bones

A rush of blood to my fingertips and I am writing you, sketching your lips in the shapes of letters. The commas become your eyelashes, S becomes your hip, T, your face, periods become our kisses; shallow white bones in cursive strokes. I write you down to forget you. This is the only way I know how to erase you.
