Write What You Will
Write what you will of feather pen and blackened ink
Yield not your inner sanctuary nor your truth to prevail
Let the magenta breeze flutter the trees to dancing life
to sway and swing of symphony to twine the raging River of life
Where colored flower melt a quilt of loving dream
and springtime showers feed the hillside of wild grass and falling seed
O let this moment last like a painted song
of lavender maroon and yellow saffron
Where colors melt in skies of blue
Where moments linger in eyes of truth
