Wrapped In Want

She wrapped herself around his wanting His wanting to be loved His desire for pleasure Intertwined in the immediacy of his hunger He fills her Pushes deep Further into his own need Rising within her breath As both of them fall Her there on her knees Her tongue Had whispered in his ear Promised his dream Caressing with hand Pressured lips Gentle firm flicks From his heat she sips Heightened moment Full release A precious moment of peace Then comes his darkness Those voices rarely cease Each moment they audibly increase He goes back to being alone Saves her number on his phone Gives it a special ringtone "I can't get no Satisfaction" Another member who's a Rolling Stone His sadness much deeper, than mere bone

Wow... full of seduction and yet in the ending I'm left wondering what the deep implications of "I can't no Satisfaction." are. Satisfaction as in "no action" or "no true passion"... it seems there's more in between the lines here.

There can be no true satisfaction without a deep emotional connection.

That first line is absolutely stunning... As the intensity grows, then on coming to the line... "He goes back to being alone" What powerful emotion that evoked! Really enjoyed this one, very moving. Hugs Richard

Dear Richard, quite an erotic poem and written perfectly for a wide audience to enjoy. I really got a kick out of his "ring tone." LOL No one-night stands for me. I had one date with a guy who told me women over age 40 usually "do it" with a man on the first date. I told him I wasn't one of those women. My sister laughed when I told her this. She knows me well. Great poem! Got me thinking. Love, Carolyn

Good for you, I think any man that would say that to a woman is a Bozo! It was so nice of the circus to give him a night off.

People medicate pain different ways...... Some through sex, some through food, and others through drugs..... whatever it takes. What then? Great message as always

From passion to pain in a moment..You captured the sadness of the brain seperating lust from love..I really like it...Tim

Yike such pain, it's a hard lesson that the only one who can make you happy is yourself. Until you are happy with and in yourself you will never be happy with another. Thanks for reading my verse Richard ... though I comment and comment few comment on my verse any more it makes me sad. Light & Love

I love this poem cause it describes so deep that momentarily carnal pleasure...Yet it does transmit the truthful message..That once that pleasure is gone, emptiness and loniliness fulfills.Cause We are not made only of flesh and bones..but We have that soul which needs more that instinct and passion's satisfaction.I love that song too by R.S!Your poems always have a message which enlightens my mind Richard!!Excellent.Tnks for stoppilng by : )
