World Mental Health Day

World Mental Health Day Don't treat anxiety as mean Don't think OCD's just 'clean' Depressed with legs of lead Don't mean it's all just in your head People die of suicide When each day they want to hide Damn stigma of mental health Hits poor girl to gent of wealth So if you worry for a friend Or see a family feigning mend Stop and talk just say That you'll support them feel that way World Mental Health Day By Victoria Payne 10th October 2016
