Work and Play
Suffering and depression,
repression and suppression,
are monocultural yet environmental work;
While interdependent mania,
sublimation and multisystemic enlightenment,
comprehensive consciousness,
are polypathic polycultural play.
They mutually inform,
ecologically balance,
mind with heart with lung's full breath economy,
with healthy appetites for eco-optimizing values
across all senses,
blending ballistic beauty with ballast knowledge,
taste with touch,
heartache with heart-full nest,
peaceful rest.
