Words of Advice
I can feel your anger
I can feel your pain
It's your fault
You didn't give us enough love
It's your fault
you weren't hard enough
you should have made
me go to school
It's your fault
look at me now
I have no job
I'm living on the street
The words of blame
travel swiftly around the house
yet look deeper
was it my fault you didn't study
Was it my fault
you decided to take drugs
was it my fault
you didn't apply for those jobs
Was it my fault
you wouldn't
go to bed at night
fault and blame
Solves no problem
actions speak louder than words
If I didn't give enough love
learn to cuddle and build love
If I didn't make you
go to bed
learn self discipline
and get there yourself
there are course's to take
that will build your career
build the skills and stop blaming me
granted I am not perfect
Yet neither are you
lets stop laying blame
lets stop creating pain
lets decide to make a future
You can do it
you can stop taking drugs
you can stop finding fault
you can create a career
with the job
come's the money
with the money
come's a home
with a wage to support you
you create a life worth living
you can become proud
stating I overcame drugs
I got a job
I have a home
I have a family
Thanks for the words of advice
