Congratulations on your winning work in Silent One's contest. Way to go. The fruit of the tree in the center of the garden they should not have eaten. It was not an apple tree. Thank you for sharing your talent with us. Sara K

I studied/read scriptual text of the buried scrolls from my mom's seminary period in early 70s. What I discovered was that, what had riddled back in those days (historically), goes unbridled through our modern days now. --Language Barrier & Manipulations via Religious Orders/Governments--They're many printed exactitudes out there that are (purposely) misleading. This bruhaha started, unsurprsingly, shortly after the last days of the disciples--hence, the buried scrolls. Romans/Greeks/Jews to Latin/Greek/Hebrew to Rome/Jerusalem/Greece split between Roman & Byzanthium Empires.

Changes via cultures/languages/governments--but the worst culprits was the religious orders throughout time. I awoke with my mom gone with just The Word. No will, deed, properties, etc., but this--mom's words, "What is in your heart is truth, God cannot change the truth no more than satan cast out satan" What I've written is largely, NOT wholly, basis of findings to the best of my 70s (72?) recollections.

Of course not all was read--impossible, these were originals--no KJV or NIV or nothing--mines is close, again not totally, that's widely out there but not verbatim--working on memory here, BUT OF COURSE, I'll not change your truth, Amen and blessings Sara K<--I need to remember to add that/lol. Hi Hilo although you did the form correctly, I felt your lines were a bit too long in some places, not really short blasts.. However, I still awarded you a honourable mention for your efforts..

wow, what an engaging "Blitz." I admire folks who can write this form of poetry...it seems to require a freeness but awareness at the same time of the flow of related words into another. Well done! Sara
