This is an example of a new poetry form called 'TREE '  => counterpoints

The counterpoints are arrayed as branches separated by the '<>' which symbolises the trunk.

The lines (pairs of branches) concern the same theme or topic from a different viewpoint. The first line in bold is the heading. The lines increase in length forming a triangular 'tree' shape. These is a conclusion in a set of pithy words at the end (exposed trunk),

See this poem as an example. =>
