I was having a dream about a sweet flower,
When I became aware of the sound of water;
All around my bed waves were crashing,
I swam to a chair pulling up my legs to cower.
In the water was a large silver fish splashing,
It had teeth- quite sharp that it kept flashing;
I stayed on the chair all night terrified- with fear,
At dawn, the water left and my legs were aching.
All day, I thought about the dream to make it clear,
That fish sure wanted me and it came so near,
I think my dream is a "fear" for a real-life monster;
Tonight, I will stay in the chair, legs up- with fear.
