With a Large Push Broom
With a large push broom I am
sweeping my excess blessings
off the bridge.
I push the golden coins over
the edge to those who are still
below.
I have a modest chair next to my
mountains of treasure... a
chair to rest there and
contemplate the beauty of
God's Kingdom the majestic
Jerusalem that is here.
But I don't sit in that chair
for very long because I want
to keep on working for the Lord
Whom has always been ever so
good to me!
