Witch Wind

Was it from North, clear and cold, or South, dark and threatening rain, from East which drives the fishes deep, or fair West to bring them back again? From whim of mystic forces or differential heating giving rise to local pressure variances moving air between our skies? The lightest zephyr may have brought us together yet not even a hurricane can tear us apart. __________________________________ A tribute to the Anemoi 1/1/2015

It's a good poem, a little closer to what I was looking for in my contest. I suppose you wrote me because, you read I had troubles with my contest. Thank you for that Dave. With your permission I'm having a Wind Contest (chance #2.) May I have your permission to use this as an example. Hugs

Rereading my comment much later and I realized it should have read "have no problem!" I hope this didn't cause a problem.

Hey SKAT, thanks, I'm sometimes know for being windy and have problem with you using my poem. I suspect that contests may be especially slow in the August doldrums and am sure things will pick up this month once all the kids are back at school.
