Winter Wonderland

Raindrops, God's tears for His creation, When frozen, His jewels for decoration. The hoare frost bedecks the trees, A wonderland set in a frieze. Driving out on wintry nights, Sparkling jewels caught in headlights. A spiders web is on display, White with frost that passed that way. A watery sunrise fails to melt away, The winter wonderland that is today. © Dave Timperley 16 January 2015.

For snowy days we would have to go up into The Troodos Mountains, but we don't so I rely on memories of UK. Hope your cold is gone by now. Thanks for commenting. God Bless. D.

Truly a "Winter Wonderland", Dave. This paints a lovely picture, God may have felt a slight loss when the unpredictable and moody Motther Nature had a change of plans. Keep well, Mikki
