Mens Wool Socks Thermal Heavy Winter Thick Warm Fuzzy Socks For Cold ...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's rather dark and bleak in here and I think I've worked out why; We've nothing left to talk about - the conversation has run dry. We can be quite a jolly bunch full of rhymes and rhetoric But time ticks slow and now we know in the end... we're just too thick. So we're feeling quite neglected 'cuz in this summer weather we're forced to lie inside this drawer and be of no use whatsoever. We can see that we're not needed that we're way too hot to handle. I wouldn't be much good, alas in a flip-flop or a sandal. But to be abandoned and forgotten that really isn’t quite fair. We're top-notch, high grade and tailor-made with love and camel hair. And though we're not the brightest and we grumble at our dull color, we feel some effort could be made to make our lives a little fuller. Who would choose to live this life? Well, yes, I often blame the man who made me just to send me here. Was there a point or plan? Oh! How I long for winter days; to be useful again and cute and tenderly cling to some left foot inside a welly boot. To hear the crunch of firm fresh snow and fight the freeze would be so great to play outside, have fun. Get the job done. - That's my destiny and fate. Then I'd head back to join my teammates and in a friendly scrum we'll huddle and chat with glee on the mystery held in the coldest wettest puddle. For now, we must just wait here keeping quiet and still and humble. That's not so easy, as you know so we allow ourselves to grumble. And if I had thumbs, I'd twiddle them but, I don't (how sad, how droll!) So instead I've used the time to write this poem to bare my sole.
Cute and clever Sara - I guess life is the opposite for winter socks. They're stuck home in the summer and play in the winter. Maybe, the should spend the winter in Australia?
creative and clever response, David. Your words brought a smile to my face. I think you're right. Maybe the socks should spend winter in Australia. Heck, maybe I should...despise the cold. Much appreciate your visit today, have a great evening, Sara
Everything has feelings, the use would always arise. Everyone blooms when in their season. Sorry socks, I can't hug you on a sunny day, I would look mad. So just like everyone of us, pray your season lingers, even though I don't want it to be. Cheers Sara.
I love this one its a delightful exploration of human emotions and desires through the lens of a pair of socks. Its humour, wit, and underlying sense of longing make it a charming and relatable read that leaves a lasting impression on the reader.
This personification was quite intriguing, Dear Sara. I found the 'talking socks' to be quite fascinating. We would be unable to survive without them. I find it quite intriguing to ponder the whereabouts of those peculiar socks. Quite amusing wishing you the best of luck in the contest. In my personal experience, it is important to regularly inspect the evacuation house and sewer to prevent water drainage blockages and potential problems.
thank you for visiting, dearest Sotto. I guess it is intriguing pondering about the whereabouts of socks. Glad you found my poem amusing. Hopefully those socks aren't getting stuck in some washer drain pipe :-) Have a pleasant evening, your poetess friend in Texas, Sara
Great personification Sara, we'd freeze without them. The big question is where do the odd socks go?, there's only me and my wife now and still the odd one goes walkabout lol. Best of luck in the contest. Tom
