Winter
Winter
Winter is on the way.
Time for mountains capped with snow.
To brighten the day.
Higher than dreams that hang
On heavy covered trees.
Where summer birds sang.
Home so warm and sweet.
A place of belonging.
When feeling defeat.
The icicles will shine
Brighter than painful thoughts.
So everything will be fine.
Even if tears, anger, grief return.
The air will be fresh.
Sun will melt hardships I learned.
Seasons are gifts of new
Changes day and nights
To see the flight I flew.
