Winter
On a cold Christmas,
I missed your martini,
as we were so similar.
Chasing insanity
and trying to defeat
the inevitable.
Domestication, so
ridiculous but
yet a valid
Consequence.
And in dry heat
we made love,
the passion and
your body fluids
inside of me.
And I smile,
with your nakedness
on top of mine.
So easy now to
reflect on old lovers.
And the Snow was
so worth it.
