Author's Notes: "Winds of a Frozen Wasteland" is a collaborated Unrhymed Couplet that Liam McDaid and I had worked on together and had completed on May 1, 2016. Liam had posted our poem here first over a week ago. Both of us thought that the vivid imagery and the style of the diction of this particular poem combined very well to produce and portray a quite positive message of life, hope, and renewal -- blessed by Heaven's purest light from God Himself. Life and its continual renewal, under the guise of "dewdrops" as "those teardrops of life," reflect a devout sanctity even in this "Frozen Wasteland." The wondrous power and genius of God are always omnipresent. (Gary Bateman - May 12, 2016) (Unrhymed Couplet)
