I have read your winning work and was delighted that it is on the winners' list. Way to go. Congrats. Sara...I can understand her plight, because with age there is a new problem that has been engaged in my life.

So right you are my friend, when our sons were in their late teens we all went to the Kruger Park together, on the last night we ate fried beans - well did Elias and I suffer, it was winter and we had to drive with the window open otherwise I'm sure we would have been propelled up high into the sky, not that he and I were any better I must confess. Great poem Jan - good luck in the contest. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

Definitely something blowing in the wind, Jan, at least poor Fran was in the right place for a follow through. Good luck in the contest. Terry

I like this, Jan. Every poem blended together on your single theme. Good writing, all three cases. You've lit a lot of gas for Charlie!
