Widowman

He missed the warmth,in her arms He missed all her feminine charms He missed the softness of her kiss He missed contented married bliss He missed fulfilment in love's embrace He missed intimacy, face to face He missed his sweetheart helpmeet Coming home,no one to greet He missed the thoughts of his soulmate Each day recalling their first date Not for a second had he regretted his choice Each minute now,he missed her voice He missed his love so very much, And sharing life with his old dutch.
