Why It's So Hard To Let Go

She doesn't know how easily she captured my soul, I see now how hard it is to let go. I can lie and say all love is lost, but still I would her love back at any cost. Had me smiling when times were bad, to the point I couldn't cry when sad. All I can think about her smile, How great the times were for a while. Don't get me wrong i'm still mad that she played me, I just don't know how to express love without using "we". The first three weeks are always the best. Then the rest of the month is always some mess. I'm still crazy for her, Even when i'm trying to let go.
