Why I Love the Rain

~Why I love the rain?~ Its soothes my soul with its sounds. The drops bouncing are music all around. The refreshing taste of a spring raindrop. Cools my tongue, a feeling I don't want to stop. Staring up in the sky each drop has its own say. Some land lightly others fly and crash their own way. Each shower brings ideas and a cleansing so inviting. To me its a orchestra of thunder and lighting. So when you see and hear the rain , know its a good thing and not always a form of pain. Hear the music I hear and the inspiration it brings. Open your windows wide and let the sky sing..

Am hearing and enjoying the music u hear as the raindrops fall to inspire u with awesome words as these my White Knight ... many inches of rain fell here over the past days and the 'orchestra' was intense too.. u gave the rain personality in this piece which is brilliantly penned as only u can do .. your Jersey Girl in umbrella mode ..receiving inspiration luv.. forever and always from u..

Even with the "orchestra of thunder and lightning," there is a soothing quality to the sound of rain falling. Did you ever notice how rain helps you sleep longer? We could certainly use more rain here. Very much enjoyed your poem, Michael. Love, Carolyn
