Why Do You Want It
God sometimes I don’t want to go through with what You want
Because I don’t think it will work out
And I don’t think it will happen
I just don’t think it will take place
There are so many obstacles and I can’t see how
It can
And I don’t think I want it
Because I don’t want to put up with all these upsetting instances
I don’t know God
I have a second thought
I don’t think I want it for the duration
I don’t think I can do it
I don’t think it is the way I thought it would be
It’s not how I visualize it
It’s not the way I want it to be
It’s not the way I thought it should be
It’s not how I wanted it
It’s not how I want it
And I don’t think I can handle it –the upsetting emotions
I don’t want to waste my emotions God
On something that I know it’s too much trouble
I don’t know if I want to go through it
I don’t know if I want to commit my feelings
There - You have it
Why do You want it God?
