Why
I hold my breath,
Wait for it to come again
Will it to be over with
Your rage is too strong
Your voice is too loud
I cower away
I don't make a sound
Your rant is relentless
Ripping into me
Tearing me down
Bit by bit
And no one's around
To save me
To hold me
And comfort me while I cry
No, No one knows
That every day
You kill me more inside...
Why?
