Why?
When I open my eyes, you are gone.
When I reach for your hand, you pull away.
When I look in your eyes, you look away.
When I call for your name, you do not answer.
When I give you my heart, you refuse it.
What have I done wrong?
Is there someone else?
Is it something I have done?
Why do you leave me here on my own?
Why to you refuse to take my hand?
Why can't you look me in the eyes?
Why do you ignore the sound of my voice?
Why can't you make something great of my love?
It cannot be that I have wronged you.
It cannot be my fault.
It cannot be a misunderstanding.
All I can ask you is, why?
