Why
To make the world a better place
Put a smile on someone's face
Maybe win the human race
Aspirations with a trace
Of hopeful humble pride
To face that final moment
And know I really tried
To paint a masterpiece of words
To fill the endless night
With fervent flames so bright
That others see and dance
In sweet and free abandon
