Who Says-Alone

I float. Drifting through life, Barely there. Maybe I want to be alone. After all, it's in my name. Island. What can I say? I guess I was made To be alone. But then again Who says My name Defines Me? Who says That I have to be alone? I have the sharks The birds And every piece of driftwood That washes up on my shores. I will never be alone. But then again, Who says I can't be Alone?

Absolutely….”Who Says” Ada! If you are truly happy, healthy and not harming yourself or anyone else then do what makes YOU happy! We have one life and we all should try and make the most of it if we can! Loved your poem Ada….Debx
