White Picket Fence

Walking forward, gleaming back Thoughts confuse this onward track, Stumble headfirst, familiar pit Advancing on to avoid this hit Where do I stand in this great mess? Your life is heavy on my chest, Where do I find peace of mind? In the arms of the divine, It’s in the arms of the divine. Strolling along this white picket fence, Marching towards my recompense, Stepping into somewhere new, Your face a reminder of all we went through, Treading on scorpions and snakes, My biggest trails became miraculous breaks.
