Whispers of Your Soul
Whispers of Your Soul
Soft whispers of her soul
brush slowly past – caressing
long saddened creases,
urging the silence to speak.
A sweet breeze softly touching
the pain swelled past
ministering to the faithful
left behind to mourn.
Spring showers to wash away
the fear of moving on,
the dormancy of longing
for that sunrise smile.
As I dream – I hear
soft whispers of her soul
awaken mine.
